ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Resident Filipino Citizens
An applicant enrolling in college for the first time is admitted upon submission to the Registrar of his Form 138-A (Student Report Card) or a certificate of his graduation from a duly approved and appropriate secondary course.
Upon applying for enrolment, the applicant must also submit a certificate of good moral character issued by the Principal or Head of the High School where he graduated from.
A college student who applied for transfer to this University is admitted upon submitting to the Registrar’s Office his Certificate of Honorable Dismissal (CHD) from the last school he attended and a copy of the subjects taken and grades already earned. He must also present a certificate of good moral character signed by the Dean of the College or any other person duly authorized by the school he came from.
Students From Foreign Schools
Students from foreign schools may be admitted after their credits and eligibility have been determined and approved by the Department of Foreign Affairs and CHED Manila.
Properly authenticated and complete copy of the following be submitted to the Registrar’s Office:
- 1. Official Transcript of Records authenticated by the Philippine Embassy
- 2. Personal History Statement
- 3. 2 x 2 recent I.D. Photos
- 4. Affidavit of support (original copy)
- 5. Bank statement
- 6. Medical Certificate issued by an authorized physician including standard size Chest X-ray 7. Police Clearance
- 8. Birth Certificate
- 9. Passport
- 10. No-Objection Letter (if transferee)
On the basis of records presented to the office of the Registrar, the Registrar considers the applicant foreign student eligible for admission, subject to the following conditions:
- The foreign student has to enroll within the enrollment quota of the course and to take maximum subjects required for the course, and
- The student is not allowed to transfer from one course or school to another without first having secured the prior approval of the office of the Registrar.
